Descriptif du poste

As part as its hyper-growth, Alsid is looking for a** talented pre-sales engineer able to drive every technical part of a pre-sales cycle** including product evangelization, design of custom-made solutions into complex environment, and explanation of advanced product features and capabilities.
This position will be oriented towards our Small/Middle-Market Clients four the South EMEA Region (France, Spain, Italy).

Working in a highly technical environment, you will liaise as a technical bridge between our Product, Sales and Technical departments. You’ll work specifically with Alsid Sales team and its certified resellers in pre-sales situations to design the most attractive and efficient solution to answer Middle-market companies needs.
As a Pre-Sales Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical understanding to prospective clients , customers and partners. Product demonstrations, coordination throughout the Proof of Concept Phase (POC), presentations and technical-oriented conference calls or webinars are a critical part of this position. As part as Alsid DNA, this position requires understanding of advanced technical security subjects and ability to popularize them to adequately solve the customer’s challenges.

Your missions **
**Pre-sales support


·  Prepare and deliver any technical elements of a sales proposal in front of customers and conduct successful product demonstrations
·  Provide adequate Client’s advising and guidance throughout the Proof of Concept Phase, building trust towards our product and sharing all relevant information with our Sales team.
·  Provide in-depth technical expertise to partners and customers through technical presentations
·  Assess the customer’s level of security maturity and align solution design to meet business needs
·  Capture from the field product enhancements and work with Alsid development team to provide superior customer experience Delivery management
·  Assist the Sales team with the production and delivery of technical responses to RFP/RFI’s in a timely manner
·  Address technical questions, offer insight into best practices and orchestrate the successful delivery of Proof of Concepts
·  Provides technical pre-sales support for the development and implementation of complex projects
·  Work with our TAM during transition from pre-sales to post-sales implementation
·  Design, fit and architect the solution to client use case Partner management
·  Own the technical discussions with the customer and partners and act as the vantage pre-sales technical Point-Of-Touch
·  Provides technical guidance to partners in applying the technology/application to client business.
·  Support the Channel Manager in developing and maintaining training materials for key-partners level (technical training, update, demonstration to channel partners and MSSPs).
·  Build and articulate working knowledge of competing products and how to technically sell against them

Profil recherché

Our Pre-sales Engineer is meant to be on the field! You will visit the clients site and** have to be willing to travel in France/South EMEA.**

Experience: 3+ years in technical pre-sales environment (Sales Engineering or Solution Architect experience). Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science required from an accredited Engineer School or University.

* Required skills: *

·  Experience in presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
·  Ability to translate technical features into value drivers and to architect solutions to solve customer problems and uncover business challenges
·  Strong relational and empathic capabilities
·  Combination of engineering skills, an analytic mindset and business savvy.
·  Fluency in English required, Spanish and Italian a plus!
·  Ability and willingness to undertake customer related travel on short notice.

Valuable skills:

·  Prior technical experience in networks and/or security applications
·  Experience in pre-selling to C/VP level technical buyers desirable
·  Experience in Active Directory / Pentesting AD
·  Experience of enterprise architecture principles in SaaS and on-premise environments
·  A strong candidate will have some information security experience or a strong interest to learn.
