Job Description

As Manufacturing Finance Manager for CPD Operations Europe, you will be a key financial partner driving the economic performance of our manufacturing sites. Reporting directly to the CFO of CPD Europe Operations, you will provide strategic insights and ensure financial excellence across our European plant network.

Strategic Financial Steering: You will pilot the economic analysis of our industrial sites, monitoring margins, costs, and productivity, and lead regular business reviews with plant and supply chain management.

Performance Reporting & Analysis: You will guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of monthly and weekly reporting, delivering clear explanations of results and variances to senior management.

Team Leadership & Coordination: You will coordinate and animate the network of plant finance controllers, fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and driving collective improvement without direct line management.

Budget & Forecasting: You will play a crucial role in period-end closings, forecasting exercises, and the annual budget process by challenging assumptions and consolidating financial scenarios.

Your profile

We are seeking a results-oriented finance professional with a strategic mindset and a strong ability to influence.

·  Proven experience in a senior finance or controlling role, preferably within an industrial or FMCG environment.
·  Expertise in managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L, with a sharp eye for financial performance.
·  Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable business insights and support decision-making.
·  A solid understanding of operational processes to act as a true business partner to our plant managers.
·  The ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across the finance community and with operational leaders.
