La société a été fondée par Etienne Le Scaon (Télécom Paris, HEC, YCombinator, 1ère startup rachetée par Criteo) et Thibault Vilon (Télécom Paris, Apple, Google).

Lancé début 2018, Elevo est déjà déployé auprès de sociétés de premier plan, comme JCDecaux, Illiad, BlaBlaCar, MK2, Greenflex, Ledger, Ornikar, Nature & Découverte ou encore MeilleursAgents.

Description

Elevo is looking for its Growth Operations Lead, a highly entrepreneurial and impactful role, in a fast-growing B2B SaaS context.

Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of growth strategy and support to sales operations, to achieve our ambitious revenue goals. This role is highly cross-functional which will require both creative and analytical thinking. This role reports to the CEO Etienne.

Responsibilities

·  Build an engine that drives predictable and scalable growth, along with Marketing and Sales
·  Work closely with Sales to deploy Outbound campaigns and ensure alignment across team
·  Own execution the Growth plan, including scope, target outcomes, key metrics and measures, and required inputs and resources to deliver
·  Build systems and processes that will track and report on key performance metrics and use data to optimize campaign strategies continually
·  Be the go-to person for CRM management (we are HubSpot power users :)
·  Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
·  Work closely with product marketing, marketing operations, communication/ content and sales to ensure message optimization and cross-functional alignment

Profil recherché

·  You have first successful experience in a highly-demanding role (not necessarily Growth)
·  You are a fast-learner and highly analytical
·  Knowledgeor willingness to learn the latest Growth methodologies and the associated tools (Lemlist, etc.)
·  Creativity: you relentlessly look for new ideas to improve current channels and unlock new opportunities
·  Willing to be operational and do the activities, then become a leader of the Growth team as the company grows.
·  Problem Solving = Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify & resolve problems
·  Growth Mindset = Willing to learn and improve and be challenged continuously
·  Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills.
·  Proficiency with analytics tools and the ability to do deep data analysis and drive clear and concise recommendations to the Marketing team & Founders
·  Leadership & ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
·  Teamplayer that enjoys collaborating & confronting ideas without being frustrated
