Job Description
Your Mission: Build the Heart of Corma’s Community
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on intern to help us foster a vibrant community and amplify Corma’s voice. This isn’t just about posting on social media—it’s about connecting with our audience, shaping our brand story, and turning users into advocates . You’ll work closely with our CEO and cross-functional teams to bring our community to life, whether through engaging content, events, or strategic partnerships.
This is your chance to learn by doing in a fast-growing startup, where your ideas will directly impact how we build loyalty, gather feedback, and drive growth. If you’re passionate about people, storytelling, and making tech feel human , let’s talk.
What You’ll Do (70% Execution, 30% Strategy)
1. Community Engagement & Growth
·
Build an in-person and online community : Organise in-person and virtual events, webinars, or gatherings (yes, we love bringing people together IRL!).
·
Animate our community : Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Slack), spark conversations, and build relationships with users, partners, and industry peers.
·
Listen and amplify : Monitor community feedback, surface insights to the team, and turn happy users into brand champions.
2. Content & Communication
·
Create content that sticks : Draft posts, invitations, newsletters, and simple graphics (no design degree needed—just a good eye and Canva skills).
·
Tell Corma’s story : Help craft blog posts, case studies, or interview snippets that highlight our mission and customer wins.
·
Collaborate with marketing : Support campaigns by leveraging community voices (e.g., user testimonials, behind-the-scenes content).
3. Operations & Analysis
·
Track what works : Use basic tools (surveys, social insights) to measure engagement and suggest improvements.
·
Support partnerships : Research potential community collaborators (e.g., IT heroes, founders, tech influencers) and help coordinate outreach.
·
Get organized : Assist with scheduling, documentation, and keeping our community initiatives on track.
Why You’ll Love It
Real impact : Your work will shape how people perceive and interact with Corma—you are the community builder.
Learn from the best : Work directly with our founders and get mentorship on community-building, communication, and startup growth.
Growth potential : Standout interns may transition to part-time or full-time roles.
Startup perks : Fun team events, a central Paris office, and the chance to wear multiple hats.
Preferred Experience
You’re a Great Fit If…
·
You’re studying or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
·
You’re naturally curious about tech, startups, or IT (even if you’re not an expert).
·
You write clearly , communicate well, think creatively, and enjoy connecting with people (online or offline).
·
You’re proactive —you spot opportunities and run with them (e.g., “What if we tried a video challenge on X?”).
·
You speak fluent English ; good French is a big plus.
·
Bonus points if you’ve:
· Managed a social media account, club, or student organisation.
· Participated in or admired a thriving online/offline community (tell us which one!).
P.S. If you’ve ever built a meme page, moderated a Discord server, or organized a meetup, we really want to hear about it.
Women, minorities, and career changers: If you’re excited but don’t check every box, apply anyway! We value potential over perfection.
