OVRSEA est une startup qui digitalise le transport international de marchandises.
Elle orchestre les transports de 500 entreprises à travers 60 pays. Elle met à disposition de ses clients une plateforme sur laquelle les équipes peuvent piloter les transports de manière simple et transparente.
OVRSEA s'adresse à des PME, ETI et filiales de grands groupes dans des secteurs très variés : cosmétiques (Caudalie), retail (Palladium), high-tech (Parrot), industrie (Engie Solutions)...

Depuis janvier 2021, OVRSEA s'est associé au groupe Bolloré pour accélérer son développement. La startup double la taille de ses effectifs et recrute 50 collaborateurs en 2021 et ouvre 3 nouveaux bureaux à l'international d'ici fin 2022 !

Job Description

Our mission: to simplify international transportation through technology and data!

Founded in 2017, Ovrsea is a next-generation freight forwarder that uses technology to simplify and optimize international transportation for businesses. We support more than 600 companies such as Engie, Vinci, Devialet, Sézane or even Nuxe across 60 countries in their international freight transport.

We allow our customers to manage all their transport issues in a few clicks from our web interface, from quotation to invoicing, by digitizing the entire transport tracking experience. We have also developed an in-house platform to facilitate the operational management of our customers' transports in order to meet their needs in record time.

Since January 2021, we have partnered with Bolloré Group to accelerate our development. We want to double the size of our workforce and have already recruited 50 employees in 2021. By the end of 2022, we want to open 3 new international offices and thus expand on the international market!

The position of BDR is essential in the organization of our sales team! Considered as the driving force of the Sales team, the BDR's mission is to make appointments with qualified prospects.
This position is a real springboard for the Sales professions and will allow you to discover all the secrets of sales with experienced Sales people and to participate in the structuring of a sales team.

What does it mean to be a BDR at OVRSEA?

Being a Business Development Representative means above all being an ambassador for OVRSEA! Building the foundation of any new business relationship and developing in record time the sales skills that are vital to excel in sales.
The BDR's role is to identify and qualify new sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn approaches and other social networks in order to set up appointments for the Account Executive team to conduct product demos.

To do this, the BDR must be organized, rigorous, disciplined and will be responsible for updating their CRM (Salesforce). Being in the front line to approach potential customers, the BDR also attends the Account Executive's meetings with the customer, which allows him or her to quickly become a member of the Sales team.

Mission

Identify relevant prospects (20%)

·  Develop the best prospecting techniques (email, phone...) to find relevant leads
·  Define and implement strategies to qualify leads efficiently
·  Identify key contacts and know everything about them before you talk to them

Contacting prospects to get appointments (65%)

·  Be resourceful and persistent in contacting identified targets
·  Be relevant in your approach to customers in order to get Sales Executives to meet with them

Improve our sales methods (15%)

·  Measure conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and maximize your success
·  Document your approaches in our tools and our CRM so that the whole team can benefit from what you learn from your customers
·  Be a driving force behind innovative approaches to prospecting.

Preferred Experience

·  You have just graduated from a business school or equivalent
·  You are native speaker in Spanish
·  You have very good interpersonal skills and the soul of a salesperson
·  You like to take up the challenges given to you
·  You are highly motivated
·  You are willing to learn and to grow very quickly in a Sales environment
