Paoma was founded on our passion for simple and elegant enterprise systems. We started out providing managed Mac workstation and server services. Over the course of time, we started building custom server and storage environments for podcasts providers, audiovisual production structures, entire schools using Mac and iPad for students programs and many more We also started working on turnkey mobile solutions for enterprise. Using iPad, FileMaker and native iOS development, we provide custom apps, integrated to existing databases and systems to bring true mobile productivity.

Missions:

- Maintain existing segmentation database of local market players and projects
- Work from a Business Development Case with quantifiable Revenue and Gross Profit Targets by segment
- Design and Prepare Strategic Marketing Plan in relation with Business Development Case
- Propose Specific Operational Marketing Activities on a timely basis
- Depending on timing, start implementing all of the above

Profil recherché

1. Academic Background:
Business school with Marketing/Business Development focus [Masters Y1/Y2 equivalent]

2. Character
- Passionate and Curious
- Technology Enthusiast
- Thorough with Strong Attention to Detail
- Strong Focus on Information Quality and Sense
- Structured Mindset

3. Skillsets:
- Strong understanding of Social Networks, Online/Mobile Advertising and other Web-based Presence and Marketing Environment
- Spreadsheet and/or Database Processing
- Ability to perform basic to intermediate Design/Compositions jobs with industry standard tools (Photoshop/Illustrator or online services alternative).
