Job Description

We are currently working with clients in the Nordics recruiting mainly for technical roles within the "big data space" Your role will be to assist our principal consultant to source candidates within this specialised area.

The successful Recruitment Intern will:

Provide accurate, up-to-the-minute market analysis to Managers and Team Leaders
Execute strategies that enhance theSquare Talent brand
Assist with recruitment process including resume screening, scheduling interviews, administering evaluations and conducting reference checks
Work with line manager to devise and execute search strategies
Prepare pitch books for clients
Provide administrative support for our principal consultant

Requirements:

Strong communication skills are essential
Independent self-starter attitude
Must have proven track record in development of relationships with decision makers
The ability to receive, process and clearly relay large amounts of information quickly will be screened for in the interview process
