Our mission is to help people get more active. We provide software and support to sports clubs and coaches across the UK. Our software helps these organisations manage membership, court bookings, course bookings and we help to promote their activities working with National Governing Bodies.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and focussed person to join our team. The selected candidate will work closely with sports clubs of all sizes to help them use the software. This will include phone support, online support as well as developing our communication channels on social media.
- Be the first point of contact to support customers and clubs
- Respond to all incoming communication via email and telephone
- Assign calls received to relevant team to get issues resolved
- Support the product team by doing daily QA on our platform
- Visit clubs to understand the needs of our customers
- Help develop communications with our customers
