Job description

I founded Spaces in 2006 with just a few thousand pounds of seed capital. With years of commitment, drive and passion Spaces has grown into the leading coliving developer and operator in London and beyond, bringing thousands of renters into the empowering Spaces lifestyle.

I now have the opportunity to invite the right person to join my Lettings and New Residents team.

With strong growth underway, I am now seeking energetic, passionate people with a background in consumer lifestyle sales to work as part of the team as we scale. It is incredibly important to me that this person has the correct alignment with the long term vision of Spaces and a real desire to expand our reach by being a results-oriented salesperson with a proven track record in consumer sales. You'll be responsible for bringing new residents into our community.

The right person will have:

* At least 2 years experience and proven track record in a consumer lifestyle sales environment
* A clear passion for the Spaces product and a drive for the bigger picture of building empowering communities of like-minded residents
* A strong drive, initiative and a killer-yet-sensitive sales instinct

As part of our new residents team, your contribution will include:

* Helping new residents find the best option for them in our portfolio
* Managing your pipeline of potential new residents
* Implementing advertising across various platforms and social media
* Undertaking property viewings with potential new residents and helping them to decide to become a member of Spaces
* Staying well informed about the Spaces product and making sure you accurately represent the brand as ambassador for the company

Being a sales role, it's important that you are rewarded for your performance. As such, your base salary will be between £25k to £30k, depending on your experience. Expected commission in your first year is £13k, giving you total year one earnings between £38k to £43k.

I am incredibly excited to have the opportunity to select new team members to join us as we grow. We have an very strong and clear vision of bringing Freedom to Live to cities around the world with the Spaces living platform. We have deep foundations of operational and development experience in the sector for many years and, indeed, we were an early creator of coliving. Now, the timing is absolutely right to grow the team in order to scale Spaces beyond London and reach the world beyond.
