Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·  Source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals across the UK using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, networking events, etc.).
·  Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from requirement gathering and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
·  Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical technology roles (e.g., software engineers, solution architects, DevOps engineers, cloud specialists, etc.).
·  Conduct initial candidate screening to assess technical and cultural fit.
·  Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define candidate personas, and create effective sourcing strategies.
·  Stay updated on UK recruitment trends, market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
·  Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
·  Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment reports in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Preferred:

·  Prior experience recruiting for contract IT positions in the UK.
·  Familiarity with UK compliance and hiring practices.
·  Experience using modern ATS platforms and recruitment automation tools.

 

Total Experience Expected: 05-08 years

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
·  3–6 years of proven experience in IT recruitment , specifically for roles based in the UK region .
·  Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter , job boards, and Boolean search.
·  Excellent understanding of technical job roles, skills, and market landscape in the UK.
·  Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
·  Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet hiring targets.
·  Experience working with global teams or clients is a plus.
