Job Description

Role and Responsibility:

·  Dynatrace Engineer is expected to participate in the setup of observability setup of the client.
·  Configure application monitoring, anomaly detection profiles creation, alert profile creation, synthetic monitoring, log monitoring, etc.
·  Demonstrate understanding of transaction processing, multi-tier application development, web infrastructure (web services, trend analysis, etc.) monitoring (including scripting synthetic transactions), defining meaningful metrics, identifying critical points in application workflow and leading appropriate corrective action.
·  Support in identification of Root Cause Analysis.
·  Performance tuning of Dynatrace application and finding automation methods
·  Ready to work in a 24*7 environment.

Skills:

·  Experience in Observability and Application Performance Management.
·  Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)
·  Knowledge of Shell / Scripting (Linux / PowerShell / Python)
·  Knowledge of Networks (standard network protocols/routing equipment)
·  DevOps Framework Understanding
·  English Communication skills should be excellent both Written and Verbal

Certifications and Trainings:

·  Dynatrace Associate Certification
·  ITIL Awareness
·  Agile Practice

Total Experience Expected: 02-04 years
