Job Description

Skills required

·  3-5 years Experience with Manhattan WMS Application (WMoS/Active WM) .
·  Techno-Functional knowledge on Manhattan Warehouse management System with good debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
·  Experience in analyzing customer needs and requirements.
·  Work experience in writing queries with relational databases such as Oracle or similar.
·  Maintaining quality project and software testing, documentation and analysis.
·  Good understanding of the product functionalities, configurations.
·  Good Communication skill and good team player.

Responsibilities:

·  Analysis and estimation based on business requirements.
·  Root cause analysis of issues reported in the Manhattan WMS solution.
·  WMS Implementation, configuration, testing and support
·  Documentation of process flows and suggestion of improvements.
·  Communicate timelines and status effectively.
·  Should be able to design and execute test cases for the solutions. Providing Status Reports and ensuring all required documentation are kept up to date.
·  Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering collaboration and mentoring junior colleagues to ensure their professional growth.
·  Actively contribute to international projects, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility to accommodate varying time zones and project requirements.

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
