Resin Room Operator - Weekend Days

Job description

· Observe all safety policies and procedures. Report all incidents and equipment in need of repair.
· Obtain verification of all mix additions and mixing steps as required by procedure. Properly verify others' mixes.
· Keep assigned mixers, related parts, and work area clean.
· Close out completed Mix Sheets for mixes performed daily.
· Perform Production PMs for assigned machines and submit Trouble Reports/Maintenance Requests as needed.
· Perform mixes and mix preparation to procedure and per production schedule.

Qualifications :

·  Ability to demonstrate strong safety focus
·  One year manufacturing experience
·  Strong interpersonal skills, with a desire to work in a team environment
·  Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees
·  Customer focus
·  Detail oriented, being able to continually verify work that is being completed correctly
·  Strong mathematical and written skills
·  Ability to meet requirements of machine certifications within 90 days
·  An understanding of ERP systems and MS Office software
