Novecare develops and produces formulations that alter the properties of liquids. Job Overview and Responsibilities
The position will report to Quality and HSE Manager (RSPP) and will support him on 3 different subjects:
The candidate will manage ISO 9001 , FAMI-QS (Feed Safety Management System for the sector of Specialty Feed Ingredients) and RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) certifications and will support Quality and HSE Manager on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
The candidate will lead customer complaint management process, collaborating with other functions in order to define root causes and following continuous improvement process.
The candidate will collaborate with QC lab team and, more in general, technical site team in order to improve product quality and optimize production cycle times (ie. reducing the number of analysis, stabilizing processes, introducing new QC methods)
HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT
The candidate will support Quality and HSE Manager in all site HSE aspects, the main ones:
· D.Lgs 81/08, D.Lgs 105/2015 (Seveso), D.Lgs 152/2006 (AIA), Regolamento 1272/2008/CE (CLP Classification, Labelling and Packaging) , Regolamento Reach (CE) n. 1907/2006
· Training management in compliance to the agreement Stato Regioni del 07/07/2016
· Regulatory coordination and compliance management process
· Coordination with site doctor
· Unplanned HSE events analysis using Apollo Root Cause Analysis method
· HSE field audits
He/she will also have the role of ASPP.
Education and Experience
Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry Master’s degree or equivalent
2 years in a similar position
Time management, autonomy, agility, team-working, attitude to work in the field and not only in office.
Fluent English required.
