Job Overview and Responsibilities:

This internship will be based in our Solvay Business Services offices in Carnaxide (Lisbon) and you'll report to the Purchasing Service Center Team Leader.

Main mission:

·  Ensure communication between Purchasing Service Center and its stakeholders
·  Deliver day to day standardized answers to process requests
·  Keeping track of the data through adapted tools
·  Deliver top quartile first touch resolution via ERP
·  Troubleshooting capabilities

Main output:

·  Perform day to day operations via request handling
·  Voice support in requester language 
·  Solution to requests via ERP edition capabilities in SAP MM and FI modules
·  Time and accuracy
·  Quality Compliance

Education and Experience:

·  University Degree (ongoing or just finished)
·  No experience required

Skills:

·  Fluent in English

Communication skills

· 
Ability to assess and adequately respond to the  needs of the internal business partner and external customer/providers
