European Customer Service Representative

Solvay are looking to add to our enthusiastic multilingual; speaking team who deliver class leading levels of Customer Service across the business.

Servicing Operations across Europe, our office delivers a diverse, fast paced environment as our Customer Service teams are at the forefront of delivering for our customers, ensuring that we do the right thing in every interaction to provide an excellent service each and every time.

Our Customer Service team act as a single point of contact for the whole EMEA marketplace. Each team member handles a unique set of customer accounts, managing all transactions for their open order book from beginning to end and across up to 14 separate manufacturing sites for Solvay's Composite Global Business Unit Globally.
