Role Overview

Position overview:

· 
Manage OtC (Order to Cash) activities in South Korea, Japan and Greater China, from receiving customer’s orders to shipment follow-up, and billing ( Order to Cash).

· 
Enter customer orders into the SAP system timely and accurately while compliant with all the rules and policies.

· 
Provide product availability and shipment schedule to customers per established guidelines.

· 
Track order fulfillment, monitor cross-country and/or domestic deliveries, through close work with overseas or local Logistics teams, forwarders and warehouses.

· 
Record customer complaints in the CRM system, coordinate the investigation with relevant parties and provide root cause, corrective and preventive actions to customers.

· 
Support special customer requirements if any.

· 
Other jobs are assigned according to Customer Service Team objectives.

· 
Participate in other Supply Chain activities if assigned.

Qualifications and requirements:

· 
Bachelor degree in relevant area (International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Korean, Japanese, Etc).

· 
Relevant working experience in Customer Service, International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.

· 
You must be a fluent Korean speaker.

· 
You must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired skills:

· 
Fluent Japanese speaking is strongly preferred.

· 
Good English reading/writing skills are preferred.

· 
You should be able to work under pressure.

· 
Experience with ERP (SAP) is strongly preferred.

· 
Good skills of using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) would be a strong plus.
