Job Overview and Responsibilities:

The position of Customer Relations Representative main responsibilities include:

•Handling inquiries and phone calls from Solvay Employees or external parties regarding IS or Purchasing-related topics 
•Following up, collaborating, and communicating with peers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction 
•Treating non-complex or escalating complex customer inquiries 
•Continuously looking for and propose process improvement for work efficiency and the customer experience
•Supporting global and local initiatives

To perform operations on a day-to-day basis, according to defined procedures, respecting quality and timing, to solve the problems regarding the assigned sub-processes, to propose improvements in collaboration with the team.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor Degree level or above in any fields

Skills:

●Good command of English and Chinese
●Customer service orientation
●Analytical and problem solving skill
●Teamwork, Open Minded for a multicultural environment
●Can-do attitude
●Fast learner (On-the-job training provided)
●SAP
●Call Center Experience 
●Googlesuite (Gmail, Gslides, Gsheet, etc)

Additional Information

●Available to work on Public Holidays (Compensated)
●Flexible to work in rotating shifts (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
