Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are looking for a graduated student who is searching for a first experience in Audit Coordination area.

In this internship, you will have the opportunity to learn how to:

Support on WW Audit Coordinator

·  Agree and alignment Standard PBC for Audit phases
·  Ensure specific Actions Plan follow-up;
·  Support documentation update
Support Audit coordinator for Service Center Lisbon

·  Responsible to monitor and communicate on Audit Daily Statistics; during audit phases
·  Support Daily meeting preparation with statistics, actions definition and meeting minutes; during audit phases
·  Unblock spot incorrect AODOCs assignments during audit phases
·  Point of contact for Service Center Deloitte and SC End to End Process in SC Lisbon;
·  Escalate to CAD/other End to End Service Center Process and WW Audit Coordinator any point of concern.

Education and Experience

·  No previous experience needed
·  University degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting
