The aim of the Excellence Center is to support the GBUs to accelerate the value delivery of Operational Excellence initiatives and fully leverage the potential of emerging digital technologies.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

***THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR REMOTE WORKING***
Overall Transformer Responsibilities:

·  To drive sustainable transformation and deliver important and tangible impact for low complexity transformation projects by integrating 3 dimensions (technical system, performance management, mindset & behavior)
·  For topics with higher complexity organization (stakeholders, multi-GBU, multi-sites), project leader will support senior project leader
·  To design a solution/strategy to address the identified challenge
·  To embark teams in the transformation journey, through change management and communication plans 
·  Developing other talents (project analyst and also project members in the GBU)
Main outputs:

·  Support deployment of transformation improvement plans and projects (e.g SolMaX, GMO, F2G, MRO, Digital) in various areas of Industrial -working actively with senior transformers and domain leaders.
·  Support project leader/senior project leader or domain expert in decision making by generating insights through creating and analyzing data and also to support methodology and process: building documentation, support network animation, facilitating workshops
·  Inspires Mindset of continuous improvement by exemplarity, and  help to establish the sustainability of improvement 
·  Support Tracking project results (in cooperation with transformation center corporate team and change leaders on the site)
·  Lead and support problem-solving & task forces, bring support to the site and project manager during transformations
·  Deploys and provides insight to Solvay Maintenance and Reliability process & methodology, ensuring the integration of target and references defined by the maintenance strategy team of the group.
The perimeter of Cost Influenced: 30 - 150 MEUR
The perimeter of impact with main programs: 2 - 10 MEUR

Supporting all GBU’s, application of transformation processes and Methodologies, covering mainly NA and spot support to Canada and Mexico

Education and Experience

·  BS Degree Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical preferred) or MBA
·  From 3-5  Years experience with a technical background in manufacturing, maintenance, and reliability.

Skills

·  Familiar with the industrial environment, results-oriented, and culture of continuous improvement.
·  Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
·  Ability to challenge and adapt existing ways of working
·  Coaching, Influencing and motivating capabilities, driving changes without direct authority on teams (Impact & Influence) 
·  Languages: English fluent, any other language is a plus
