Accounts Payable Team Leader

Job description

· Invoice Processing Team Management
· Responsible for qualitative delivery of month end close activities
· Responsible for team resource planning - recruitment, training, education and development
· Fulfill job responsibilities aligned with given KPI's
· Involvement in Continuous improvement initiatives related to the Accounts Payable processes

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Previous working experience in international environment, preferably in shared services
·  At least 1 year professional experience in managerial position
·  Completed higher education would be considered as advantage
·  Business level fluency in English
·  Strong Leadership and effective time management skills
·  Knowledge of SAP will be considered as an advantage
·  Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Financial roles will considered as an advantage

·  Previous experience with robotic process automation is a plus
