Job description
The role and responsibilities
Extensive travel within the UK and abroad
Management and maintenance of customer relations
Following up with existing customers on a regular basis
Admin related roles such as data entry, photography and all other related jobs
Printing and photocopying
Setting up meetings and taking notes during them
Making travel arrangements for staff
Dealing with queries on the phone, by email and social media
Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets
Analysing questionnaires
Typing letter, Writing reports, company brochures and similar documents
Organising and hosting presentations and customer visits
Assisting with promotional activities
Visiting customers/external agencies
Helping to organise market research
Skills and experience
Gemmology experience is an added advantage but not mandatory, training will be provided
Excellent level of English spelling and grammar
