Poste et missions:
The process manager of the stabilizer bars manages the implementation of new technologies in Monterrey for the stabilizing bars:
- Glued bushes
- Bonded bushes
He ensures the respect of the "Guideline process".
Profil:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Graduate from an engineering school ideally with a master degree.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in the automotive industry
- Focused on results with a strong ability to communicate
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Leadership
- English speaking mandatory
- Enthusiasm, open-minded and adaptability.
