Environment

The VIE will be the only staff member of the Business Delivery Desk Italy dept and will report to the Head of Dept. Business Delivery Desk Italy function currently supervises the activity of changes and process Improvement for the FPS activities.

He/she will be based in Milan.

SGSS is the Securities Services business line of SG group dedicated to post trading activities provided to Asset managers and Institutional clients thanks to its large and international experience in:
- Local and Global Custody activities;
- Depositary Bank, Fund Administration, Central Agent activities;
- Local Transfer Agent activities.

Mission

During your VIE mission you will be in charge of these responsibilities:

·  Support the Head of Business Delivery Desk in his daily activities (drafting/review of business cases, support in pricing definition and/or renegotiation, project sponsorship, etc.);
·  Business monitoring (Productivity Indicators, KPI);
·  Prepare reporting to Head Office;
·  Support the Head of Head of Business Delivery Desk to various transversal project assigned to him;
The VIE could also be involved in the strategic activities carried out by the Head of Business Line as well as in some projects the depts supervised by him.

He/she will also take in charge the setting of documents required to support meetings aimed to present solutions/products/studies/ideas fo SGSS Italy/FPS management

Evolution

He/she can get a good knowledge of the post trading activities and the Asset Management Industry. He/she will also have the opportunity to cooperate and manage relationships with various other departments.

He/she will have the chance to approach strategic topics.

Profile

Graduate with a Master degree from Business school or University, majoring in economics or finance.

A previous experience in Investment Banking would be appreciated.

You are fluent in English.

You are proficient in Office application
