At Societe Generale, you will be joining the Finance division of Global Banking & Investors Solutions (GBIS), one of the three pillars of SG that brings together Corporate and Investment Banking activities, Private Banking activities, Asset Management and Investor Services. This division oversees the quality and delivery of financial statements for GBIS, the independent certification of financial data for various activities, and also provides day-to-day explanations on profit and loss for market activities.

Within the Commercial Team, the Global Sales Facilitation function works closely to the Sales and Relationship Managers team to provide support on their commercial efforts.

Mission

Your role

Your main responsibilities will be:

·  Autonomously steering answers to Request For Proposals: in tandem with the sales person responsible for the answer and following instructions provided to her/him by Subject Matter Experts, the candidate will drive the process from opportunity identification to answer formalization, each RFP being to that extent a mini project

·  Jointly with and upon guidance from the sales team, help strengthen, coordinate and monitor SGSS coverage toward Key Clients and Prospects

·  Monitor the commercial activity thus contributing to its better steering: produce and analyze key indicators

·  Accompany business development

·  Take an active part in client on-boarding and/or new services delivery, supporting sales teams and the Legal Department throughout the formalization of the contract with our clients / prospects

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in London is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com .

Your profile

Graduate from Engineering school, Business School or University with a master degree in Business Management.

You have a previous experiencein sales, management of sales force, customer relationship or IT / CRM platforms, and/or project management.

You ideally havea good understanding of Investment Banking and Securities Services activities.

You are fluent in English.

You are proficient with MS Office.
