Banking: Global Markets, Global Financing, and Global Transaction Banking.
Mission
Your role
The Project Management Officer will be aligned to a portfolio of projects to successfully deliver on key initiatives.
Your main responsibilities and missions will be:
Manage operational monitoring of projects which involves understanding the context/constraints/requirements of internal and external stakeholders – deliver on time, to budget and quality & keep track of project documentation.
Maintain a structured project planning, scope and budget (actual and forecast).
Prepare the presentations and minutes of the project committees. Ensure that each member of the project team has a good understanding of his/her role and that all cooperate in the achievement of the project.
Facilitate transversal cooperation between HR team members with different backgrounds and environments (Experts vs. HRBPs / Regional vs. local) by coordinating inputs / interactions, implementing effective project communication and reporting mechanisms.
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Hong Kong is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com.

Your profile
You are graduated with a Master degree from Engineering or Business School or University with a specialization in HR.
HR Background or exposure will be preferred
A first international experience is preferable.
You are fluent in English.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
