DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS LINE OR DEPARTMENT

The IT infrastructures department, RESG/GTS (Global Technology Services), is at the centre of the transformation of Societe Generale's operating model. Thanks to RESG/GTS, the Group boasts one of the biggest shared service centres for IT infrastructures in the financial sector.

The position will be part of the GTS/MKT/COO Team in charge of all transversal function of the department: accounting, Procurement, communication, Project Management Office...
The position based in London will cover all GTS UK and EMEA locations (14 countries) and will report to the Head of PMO UK and EMEA.

Mission

SUMMARY

GTS UK is initiating a transformation to improve the operational excellence and the services provided to our clients.

The VIE Capacity Management would support this transformation by helping to define, deploy and support the capacity management process.
Improve the process in place
Review and synchronise Teams workload with their capacity to deliver
Support the Agile transformation

Your role

The activities of the VIE in charge of the capacity management will includes:
Gather all workload demands for the teams
Coordinate demand and supply at team level
Prioritize and forecast team activities and deliveries with managers
Organise and run monthly meeting with exco members, team leaders and project managers.
Work as a bridge for inter-teams activities
Landing plan Follow-up
Support Agile transformation
Improve tools and process of capacity management

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in London is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com.
