Your environment
At Societe Generale, you will be joining the Operations department (OPER) of Global Banking & Investors Solutions (GBIS), one of the three pillars of SG that brings together Corporate and Investment Banking activities, Private Banking activities, and Asset Management and Investor Services. OPER handles the middle and back office functions for all GBIS business lines.
In addition, OPER ensures the control and security of transaction processing in accordance with current financial legislations.

Mission

Your role
During your VIE mission you will be in charge of these responsibilities:
·  Coordinate and liaise with MKS Front Office to ensure smooth and efficient workflow and reporting/investigation where necessary
·  Data Management - Data Set up & maintenance
·  Maintain & save rates and interest rate curves
·  Carry out necessary data changes within Kondor+
·  Produce Risk reports (morning and evening)
·  Perform revaluations of products
·  Produce PnL to the MKS dealing team for confirmation
·  Off-Market reporting for MM and FX
·  Produce monthly statistics for Front Office
·  EMIR Reporting.
·  Coordinate and liaise with MKS Front Office to ensure smooth and efficient workflow and reporting/investigation where necessary
·  Monitor live reconciliation during the day ensuring all trades appear in Kondor+ in a timely manner
·  Monitor live reconciliation Error Report for trades not quoted / hedged by MKS
·  Perform all duties in accordance with the principles outlined in the SGPBH Code of Conduct, as well as the policies and procedures relevant to your responsibilities, to ensure that you adhere to a culture that treats clients fairly and focuses on the long term sustainability of client relationships
·  Attend and participate in projects as and when required

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in London is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.

Your profile
Graduate from Engineering school, Business School or University with a master degree in finance;
Previous experience in working in a financial institution;
You are proficient with Microsoft Office included Access and VBA;
Fluent in English (oral and written).
