On a daily basis you process:
*Record on a daily basis the OTC products received by email
*Validation / quality check of the OTC products according to cut-off time
*Retrieve the proof of ownership of OTC products on a define scope according to cut-off time
*You proactively propose process optimization
*You participate to process review and tools enhancement projects
*You ensure that policies, procedures, best practices, mission and objectives set by management are correctly applied
*Take responsibility of ensuring No Data breach
*Reporting: ensure the reporting with all metrics & analytics on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
*Issue management: Daily supervision from a trade managment perspective of any issues, technical or operational, which may have a negative impact on the successful execution, or which increase the associated risks. Ensure that incident and issues are escalated according to strict guidelines and track in the appropriate tools. Understanding of impact on clients and downstream departments, minimizing impact.
KEY SKILL AREAS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
· Expertise in OTC products minimum
· Knowledge of OTC Settlement
· Knowledge of Summit
· Fluent in English/French added advantage
· Meticulous, discipline and process good working attitude through good Team spirit
· Able to handle volume pressures and adhered to deadlines
· Team player with excellent communication skills
· Able to work in non-standard working hours and during Indian holidays
Knowledge of local regulations and international Anti-Money laundering guidelines pertaining to sanctions monitoring and compliance
