Mission
Description of the Business Line or Department
MARK Marketing supports the marketing requirements of the Markets division. This is broadly split between product marketing and strategic initiatives. This role sits within the strategic initiatives area.
Summary of the key purposes of the role
• Administrative marketing support as required by the teams in London and Paris.
• Assisting with specific strategic marketing initiatives as defined by Management in conjunction with the business lines
• Support specific transversal marketing initiatives
Summary of responsibilities
• Supporting the MARK Academy internal education initiative
• Production of internal marketing/educational videos as required by management and business lines
• Involvement in specific projects. Recent examples include:
o analysis of competitors' digital strategy
o review of European competitor warrant issuance
o involvement in the ESG Sustainability Monitor
• Production of monthly Competition Watch publication
• Involvement in UK Events governance
• Production of presentations as requested

• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent analytical skills (problem solving etc)
• Excellent communication skills (comfortable engaging across the entire scope of the MARK management / staff range)
• Sound creative writing skills
• Creative use of media
• Highly competent in Excel (pivot tables, large database processing and use of shortcuts)
• MS Office – experienced in use of Power Point Word, Outlook etc.
• Language skills - Fluent in business English
Work Experience
Previous banking experience helpful but not required.
