Mission

~ Level 2 Support on Non-Prod and Prod environments .
~ Manage multiple environments in accordance with Global IT Principles.
~ Provide technical support to users during Testing phases.
~ Production Monitoring & Sharing Dashboard on the production environment health and risk assessment and mitigation.
~ Coordinate the investigation, resolution and reporting on production incidents issues.
~ Liaise with counterparts and follow up any resulting recommendations.
~ Development/Maintenance of Batches in production as per Security guidelines

~ 2-5 years of experience in application support with strong technical exposure
~ Good Knowledge in Unix & Shell scripting
~ Good knowledge in Oracle with fair knowledge on PL/SQL, Interpret PLSQL, script development is not mandatory
~ Basic knowledge in Java/JVM/JRE is must (able to understand the errors & exceptions)
~ Pro-active problem solving attitude, Analytical skills, Strong oral & written communication skills

~ BaNCS Cash Experience is desirable
