ALD Automotive offers fleet management and long-term vehicle leasing solutions to companies in 43 countries. ALD Automotive AS in the Norwegian subsidiary, part of the Nordic Hub (Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway). A total of 15 000 vehicles are managed locally with a team of 60 employees. The entity is accessible by bus or train from Oslo (20 minutes).
Mission
Your role
We are looking for our new IT Projects Specialist. It is a very transversal function, where you get to understand the business at all levels and get involved to support operations through developing Access tools (reports, calculation tools), automating processes (using RPA tool UI Path), reporting bugs and change requests to the Nordic IT hub and acting as a Product owner for projects with an IT component.
The position offers to learn and dig into all processes of the company, from financing to reselling cars. It is a great entry point into the company and enables to develop strong skills: business knowledge, project management and IT support. The IT & Business Support Specialist reports to our Business Development Manager who works closely with the General Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Product Owner of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UI Path. Online training and face to face training for Automation of internal processes with a consultant (1-2 processes) and then full autonomy on the product
Product Owner for Business projects with IT components. Collection of business needs, arbitration, specifications, testing, training
Key contact to the Nordic IT hub (Copenhagen): reporting of business needs/ specifications, testing, user training, reporting of bugs
Management of local key users: monthly meetings, prioritisation of IT tasks, reporting of priorities to the Nordic IT hub
Maintenance of current Access databases: bug fixing or re-creation of the tools from scratch
Business development: help the development of the business through analysis of the reporting created, suggestion to create new report/tools
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Oslo is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. Please see www.civiweb.com, in order to have more details regarding your financial indemnities.
Your profile
Graduate with a Master degree from Business School or University in Information technology or Computer Science, you ideally have a previous experience in a bank or financial institution.
You are fluent in English. Scandinavian is a plus.
You have good command of MS Office applications, Acess, SQL, VBA, (RPA is a plus).
