The IT infrastructures department, RESG/GTS (Global Technology Services), is at the centre of the transformation of Societe Generale's operating model. Thanks to RESG/GTS, the Group boasts one of the biggest shared service centres for IT infrastructures in the financial sector.

Mission

Your role
Your main responsibilities will be:

·  Coordinate the Messaging and Collaboration operations between Paris central team and EMEA IT Teams.
·  Support local counterparts in EMEA in their understanding and implementation of the Unified Communication Strategy and services.
·  Advice local and EMEA counterparts on technical and operational processes as per Paris standard.
·  Ensure Specificities and constraints are well known and taken into account by the Paris Central team.
·  Assist EUS/UCS Managers and Project Managers on coordinating Unified Communication projects for UK and EMEA.
·  Monitor relevant KPIs across the region, report and provide dashboards to the GTS/EUS Management and key business partners.
·  Propose improvement of Unified Communication Services processes.
·  Participate in Forums and assist in marketing the Unified Services solution to business partners (ad hoc communication).
This role is an excellent opportunity to learn and understand the latest Messaging, Collaboration and Communication solutions available in the IT market.

This VIE in London is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.

Your profile

Graduate from Engineering school, Business School or University with a master degree.

You ideally have knowledge in Project Management and Exchange Servers infrastructure.

You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus.

You are proficient with MS Office.
