At Societe Generale, you will be joining ALD AUTOMOTIVE, especially the Pricing and internal control department
PRICING DEPARTMENT
Responsible for participating in the establishment and maintenance of the calculation of lease elements, control and manage pricing.
In charge of creating and loading to the main platform the vehicles requested by the commercial area in this platform along with its variables (RV, tires, the operations team is in charge of creating the maintenance table)
Update list prices of vehicles monthly under the established parameters.
Responsible for the calculation and policy of residual values, presentation of the documents required for the RV Review half-yearly campaigns.
Responsible for the calculation and policy of maintenance and tire prices.
Responsible for attending the requirements of ALDI on UCS and RV.
Responsible for working with the technology area located in India for the configuration and maintenance of the management, control, monitoring and quotation platform of the company (ALDAVAR) and the platforms that are available.
In charge of constantly reviewing the processes that are developed in all areas, seeking improvements and carrying out their execution.
Responsible for the execution and testing of the projects that need to be implemented.
Responsible for continuously monitoring the reports that are available to confirm that they are correct and request adjustments if necessary.
CONTROL INTERNAL DEPARTMENT
Responsible for attending the requirements of ALDI
Check the control internal procedures and documents implemented in LATAM countries to have this templates and information to set local documents.
MISSION
Summary of the key purposes of the role :
Support pricing department in the administrative processes. Test short term projects and support the solution of requests send to the platforms support team.
Support internal control department in the initial phase of the department settle checking documentation and important points to be implemented.
Summary of responsibilities :
Update vehicle prices, new vehicles creation in the work file to be uploaded into the platform.
Check the tires availability into the system and updated prices in case is needed or create them.
Support the development and implementation of short projects and requests send to the platforms support team.
Test the support team development, changes and/or system updates.
Check quality data of the available reports and request the creation or adjustments in the reports in case is needed.
Internal control department
Support the documents list review needed to be set, and the information needed to request to the different departments.
PROFILE
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Bogota is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months with a possible renewal up to 24 months in total.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com.
YOUR PROFILE
You are graduated with a Master degree from Engineering or Business School or University in Economics, Finance, Financial Engineering.
You are fluent in Spanish and English (speaking and writing)
You have experience in working with cross/functional teams.
You are proficient in Office application and specifically with Excel.
