In the UK we specialise in distributing branded and private label continental cheese to major UK retailers. We have two sites: a factory in Westbury, Wiltshire and the marketing/commercial Head Office based in Hampton (South west London). Savencia Fromage & Dairy UK distributes the #1 blue cheese brand, Saint Agur. Our 3 core brands in the UK are Saint Agur, Le Rustique and Chavroux.
Poste et missions:
- Manage levels of stock of incoming cheese according production plan & forecasts
- Calculate order requirements after analysis of forecasts and stocks
- Maintain demand forecast & communicate to Suppliers
- Manage Finished Goods stock levels in collaboration with Production team
- Communicate to other departments any variances / issues that will impact Customer demand
- Manage any delivery issues or any demand changes with cheese suppliers or transport subcontractor
- Provide support to the Supply & Forecast Manager
Profil:
- University degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in Supply Chain department or in Food Industry
- Fluent in French / English
- Analytical – attention to details
- Work well under pressure
- Pro-active – solution focused
- Confident communicator (oral and written) and team player
- Anticipation and thinking ''outside the box”
