A great new opportunity to join our friendly Fleet Service team at our Manchester Airport branch, you will be responsible for washing and valeting our cars inside and out to an exceptionally high standard. You will also be driving and collecting a range of our cars to customers and other branches. Delivering exceptional customer service is an integral part of this role as you are the first and last point of contact with our customers. · You are responsible for the preparation, cleaning, valeting and ensuring vehicles are to a high standard
· Ensuring vehicles are delivered and collected between branches in a timely manner
· Inspect vehicles for damage when they are collected or returned, report any damage, defects whilst delivering exceptional customer service
· Agree any damage done by customers and ensure they sign the correct documents and notify the Branch Manager
· Actively always providing a high level of customer service
· Complete all necessary handover paperwork with the customer
· Refueling of the vehicles when required
Working in a fast-paced environment, you can work well under pressure both independently and within a team. Willingness to work on a shift rota /shift basis to cover branch opening hours. You have held a valid full clean driving license for a minimum of 12months. Prior experience within a driving role would be an advantage but not essential.
