Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Promote and sell Sixt rent a car products and services to achieve and exceed branch targets.

Responsible for the development of high customer satisfaction and ancillary sales development

Leading Rental Sales Agents and overseeing daily routines at the counter, control and execution of service standards and ensuring sales & service goals are met

Target, monitor and develop staff to achieve and exceed branch sales and service targets.

Prevention of complaints and complaints handling

Be aware of competitor activity within the geographical area of responsibility.

Your Qualities

Identify training and development needs and ensure these are actioned

Training and coaching of employees

Ability to manage staff effectively along with experience with Employee Relations issues.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

You have exceptional English skills which allows you to be a brilliant

You hold a valid driver's licence that allows you to drive in the UK

Exceptional interpersonal skills required
