Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Logging and handling of all claims within your role, until completion and payment
To proactively action first notification of loss reports from supplier notification
Gather all information regarding the accident from all parties
Responsibility for your own portfolio of vehicle damage claims
To acknowledge and respond to all internal and external customer enquiries and disputes
To fairly and impartially make reasonable sound decisions to resolve each case in the best interest of the company
Liaising with Solicitors and debt recovery agents regarding overdue debts
