VIE - QSE Manager - America Area M/F

Job description

Sixense is looking for a VIE - Safety and Environment Manager to lead, work on and coordinate the safety and environment policies of SIXENSE Monitoring in its international subsidiaries.
In this role, you will develop safety and environmental policies for the Monitoring business in the Americas area (Mexico, USA, Canada), in coordination with two safety and environment managers for the Europe/Morocco zone and the Asia zone, in order to ensure the coherence of policy development.

- The development of safety and environmental policy in order to change behaviour,
- Continuous improvement of health and safety at work,
- Continuous improvement of the company's processes,
- The development of quality in terms of production,
- The performance of internal audits,
- Preparation and follow-up of certifications and labels,
- The management of safety and environmental reports,
- The organisation of training courses.

The position reports to the Business Director of SIXENSE Mexico and is based in Mexico City.

YOU ARE INTERESTED ?

HERE WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCEED :

• Graduating with a BAC+5, you benefit from a first proven experience in the QSE field, ideally acquired internationally and in a civil engineering company or, more generally, in construction.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills
• You are familiar with standards and certifications
• You have a mind for analysis and synthesis
• You know statistical analysis as well as defined control techniques.
• You are fluent in English and Spanish
• You are willing to travel extensively to countries in America.
