Simply winch – Luxury Living provides high quality, shared living accommodation for the top end of the professional sharing market across Central London's most favourable neighbourhoods. We have a portfolio of 25 properties, 85 rooms and target a portfolio of 50 properties by 2017.
Our Founder and CEO brings top institutional style professionalism from over 20 years experience at blue chip Investment Banks and Hedge Funds, as well as having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He takes a fully hands-on approach, is fully immersed in the business and keen to work with any candidate, developing them to the best of their potential.
Due to growth, the company is looking to add an ambitious Property Manager, responsible for coordinating repairs, overseeing utilities, helping with new property installations and marketing rooms.

This role is a fast paced one, each day will be different and offering new challenges and rewards. The right individual will oversee all property repairs, help manage utilities, prepare new properties for clients and market rooms.
Help furnish and prepare new properties for clients
Help market rooms to potential clients]
Assist with social media strategy
Help source new properties according to strict criteria
Assist with check ins and check outs
Help manage repair requests to ensure they are completed in a timely manner, coordinating with clients, agents and builders
Strong people skills
Strong communication skills, oral and written
Outstanding organisational skills
Highly proficient in Excel
Good basic arithmetic
A passion for property
Speak excellent English
Pay £200 per month to cover travel expenses and food
