Duration of Traineeship:

12 Months

Eligibility Criteria for SGUnitedTraineeships:

·                Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and

1. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or

2. Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.

Your mission and responsibilities:

· 
You are responsible for the preparation of service quotes during equipment sales, including the understanding of customer requirements and configuring customer quotes, based on a strategic pricing approach.

· 
Timely preparation of all service-related tender documents during the bidding process, including the understanding of customer requirements and evaluating the business risks involved.

· 
You will part of the team which joins in tender interviews and negotiations, presenting if required service products.

· 
You will prepare quotations for the time and material business, including interacting with customers on the quotation status and following up with customers face to face for discussions and negotiations.

· 
You will also be part of pilot project to automate the Wear and Tear business, with a Customer Service e- commerce webshop aimed at speeding up the quotation process.

· 
You will prepare presentations to management and support other ad hoc analysis.

Your qualifications and experiences:

· 
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), ideally SAP

· 
Have handled projects, big or small.

· 
Basic IT skills to drive automation in the customer service business.

You are independent, analytical and resourceful, take ownership of the task in hand and deliver results

· 
You are able to work in a diverse team with different levels of experience.

· 
You must be very self-motivated, goal-oriented and an energized individual.

· 
You have a strong eagerness to learn and adapt

You are analytical, meticulous, and able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

You have excellent written and spoken communication skills

· 
Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
