Student Intern (12 month FTC) - Learning & Development

Job description

Role:

Work within the Global Learning and Development team to support the creation of product enablement for internal sales and post-sales teams. Reviewing e-learning courseware created by subject matter experts for quality, and sending to courseware developers to be built and published. Creating documentation for learning programs such as program guides, facilitator guides, student workbooks etc. Supporting the creation of internal L&D portal pages. Support other Global L&D projects/initiatives as required.

Key skills and experience:

Candidates should have excellent communication and team working skills as well as proficient IT skills including with standard MS Office applications such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc. Suitable candidates will have an interest in courseware design and development, as well as knowledge or experience in good Learning & Development practices and standards.
