IESAerospace and Defense Industry Business Development Intern:

Part ofSiemens DISW, the Integrated Electrical Systems segment is one of the leadingsuppliers in the field of electrical design automation solutions. As atechnology leader, the company offers innovative solutions for design ofelectrical systems, networks, and software, along with solutions to support themanufacturing and service processes and documentation.

Productofferings from IES are employed by leading A&D companies the world over,including Airbus, Boeing, Mitsubishi, and Northrop. They play a key role inaccomplishing the industry’s aims to deliver innovative platforms and systems,while attaining its sustainability goals.

Candidatesselected for this role have the opportunity to participate in shaping thefuture of A&D platform and systems development. This role reports to thebusiness development Senior Director for the A&D industry.

Duties:

·        Aidin the development of presentations, white papers, illustrations, & videosneeded for industry events and executive meetings.

·        Assistin the research, development, and testing of business process flows employingthe Capital software, and other Siemens tools.

·        Supportthe advancement of A&D focused product marketing initiatives.

·        Supportmarket size estimation and competitive intelligence gathering.

Qualifications:

·        Theideal candidate is an MBA student with an aerospace or defense industrybackground.

·        Youare a student enrolled at a college or university, in a graduate degree programin business, marketing, or similar.

·        Youhave an interest in business development and marketing, the A&D Industry,electrical systems, and business process digitalization.

·        Youare fluent in spoken and written English.

·        Youcollaborate effectively in a remote setting working in virtual teams, withcolleagues located in different countries and time zones.

·        Yourindependent way of working distinguishes you.
