Today, we are recruiting for a Store Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Supervise the warehouse and coordinate the daily warehouse activities such as: receiving, storing spares, and managing inventory levels.
  • Ensure the efficient delivery of spears, and tools, supervising staff and securing the warehouse.
  • Supervise and be involved in daily shift-based store operations such as material receiving, counting, ensuring complete material identification, proper storage, timely issuances, and transfer or return of items.
  • Conduct daily toolbox talks and keep records. 
  • Liaise inventory cross-checks daily/weekly or monthly according to the business need.
  • Support the storekeepers and helpers in completing tasks timely and with the fullest care and properly.
  • Offload planning in advance for deliveries being received.
  • Conduct daily documentation and records as per the procedure for all warehousing daily activities.
  • Perform and execute any special task assigned by the warehouse manager.
  • Conduct daily checks of warehouse facilities and their upkeep, on-ground safety items, racks, lights, doors, an emergency exists, etc., and report any deviations to the warehouse manager.
  • Keep the equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; and coordinating repairs.
  • Track all tools and assets and follow up with maintenance /calibration schedules. 
  • Adjust timesheet, follow shift schedules & vacation plan.
  • Perform daily inspection visits of scrap and waste management facilities for record and reports to WH manager for onward submission to end customer.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in stores supervision.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
