We are looking for: Software Developer
- Be anintegral member of power applications team developing various components of EMSsoftware.
- Be able towork with teams from around the world on different projects to deliver criticalTransmission Network Applications.
- Should beable to develop, test and deliver applications independently.
- Should beable to communicate effectively and clearly
Use your skills to move the world forward!
- Softwareapplication development experience in a high level language like C/C++, Java,Fortran
- 3 to 5 years of in either or a combination ofthe following functional areas,
- Addedexperience in one of the following skills: Oracle, PL/SQL, Perl and Python
- Experiencein modeling and solving Energy Market Clearing optimization Problems
- Experiencein Unit Commitment, Automatic Generation Control, Economic Dispatch
- Experiencein Network Application such as Power Flow Analysis, Security Analysis, StateEstimator etc.
- Experiencein modeling and solving Financial Transmission Rights (FTR), Congestion RevenueRights (CRR) or bidding strategies
- Experiencein doing market analysis and study using Monte Carlo Simulation and any otherestablished simulation techniques
