SNC Logistic Solution Engineer 西门子数控（南京）有限公司 物流方案工程师

For our Digital Factory Division in NANJING, we are looking for a SNC DI Lean Engineer (Nanjing) 西门子数控（南京）有限公司物流方案工程师.

Mission of Function?

We work together with manufacture and logistic team to identify the improvement opportunities and develop the efficient logistics process base on lean logistics knowledge. We also need to investigation and implement logistics automation idea in daily business. So that makes sure our logistics process to achieve best cost, best quality and best delivery performance.

What are my responsibilities?

- Internal logistics VSM /VSD discussion / design and update. 内部物流VSM/VSD讨论/设计/更新.

- Lean internal logistics process implements in line side presentation. 在线边物流规划时实施精益物流流程设计.

- Raw material commissioning area design and optimization 原材料超市/配料中心的设计与优化

- Material replenish route and information flow system design and optimization 原材料的送料路径和信息流程的设计与优化.

- Understand logistics automation device and smart information flow in the market. 了解市场上物流自动化设备及先进的物流系统。

- Automatic technical investigate and implement in SNC according to strategy. 物流自动化解决方案的调研及实施.

- Identify the improvement opportunities and work out concrete the measures to make sure the productivity target to be achieved. 提高效率的其他改进措施。

- Consider customers and projects' requirement, design and implement logistic solution which include from plan to delivery for new products. 根据客户和项目的要求，设计和执行物流方案，包括新产品的规划到交付。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- 3 years or above experience with Logistic solution and planning experience in plant.

- Bachelor degree and above, Major is “Logistics Engineering” Or “Industry Engineering”

- It is preferred to logistic optimization/solution knowledge or experience;

- Good oral English and communication skill;

- Work on the team, support each other, try to establish the trust culture

- Support and motivate the changes, initiate change

- Good moderation skill

What else do I need to know?

- CAD knowledge

- VSM / VSD knowledge (Have knowledge Of Visio)

- Pull Principle / Supermarket / KANBAN / PFEP / Milk Run knowledge

- SAP knowledge will be a plus

- Supply chain management knowledge

- IT/Technology knowledge

- Project management ( Have knowledge of Project software is plus )

- Office software knowledge ( PPT / Excel/ Word etc.. )
