Job Description

Mission:
The WinCC Unified world goes cloud. New cloud products, the SIMATIC Mind Apps, will be built on top of the Mindsphere Cloud Platform and provide additional services and benefits, e.g. KPI calculation, energy management, …

Responsibility:
We need a SW developer for the following tasks:
• Responsible for detail design, realization and test of work packages according to the WinCC Unified SW architecture and for early feedback to SW Architecture
• Result documentation of work package.
• Adherence to architecture, design and quality guidelines.
• Supports integration of work package in product
• Maintenance, problem analysis and bug fixing of the work package and the product
• Technical agreements with developers and other function holders within the same project.
• Working in agile environment

Competence needed:
Knowledge / Experience / Capabilities
• Degree qualified in a software/computer Engineering discipline
• Profound knowledge and experience in cloud programming
• Knowledge of Cloud Foundry is an advantage
• Knowledge of HTML5, SVG, Java Script is needed
• Experience in object oriented design and modeling using UML
• Experience with design patterns desirable
• Experience in SW product development (COTS products)
• Strong quality and result orientation
• Experience working in intercultural teams desirable
• Good command of English and German
• Knowledge of the product WinCC SCADA and option packages desirable
