Job Description

For our Energy Management Division in SUZHOU,we are looking for a SEAL 苏州西门子电器有限公司售后服务工程师工作地点：苏州.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Normal after sale service activities and technology analysis on cases;
2. Assist to the training of new employee on technology,to meet the position requirement;
3. Provide technical analysis report for failure product and trouble cases;
4. Stated leadership in teamwork on technical aspect,provide technical guidance to the trainee and clients.
5. Applications of the product in customer's system, give them stated application
suggestions.
6. Customer contacts / consulting;
7. Value added service bidding and perform

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor or above with major prefer in Electrical Engineering or Automation
2. At least 3 years working experience
3. Acceptable for short business trip
4. Familiar with Low Voltage Product like Breaker
