Job description

For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for a Customer Service Sales Representative.

What are my responsibilities?

· Sell maintenance contract. Achieve sales target and CCR (Contract Coverage Rate 合同覆盖率 ) and A/R collection(Accounts Receivable 应收账款 )
· Contact with directors of equipment/radiology department and President in the hospital.
· Maintain customer satisfaction in the target area;
· Siemens Medical Image and therapy;
· Equipment service contact, option and upgrade selling, increase CCR in the targeted area;
· A/R collection;
· Coordinate marketing activities in assigned territory.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Multiple years working experience in medical equipment service or products sales;
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and coordinating skills;
· Basic English reading & speaking capability;
· At least two years related experience;
· Bachelor degree or above;
· Major in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or Engineering.
· 负责医疗设备维护合同的销售，完成合同覆盖率指标；
· 负责与放射科、设备科以及医院分管领导的沟通和联系；
· 医疗相关专业， 3 年以上医疗设备维护，医药产品和医疗器械销售经验优先。
