Job description

For our Siemens Healthcare in Beijing, we are looking for Commercial Officer at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities

1. Sparepart & labor & re-installation quotation for customer / dealer in responsible area, with joint support of Sales, RM and RGM. Prepare quotation document after confirmed by Sales, RM and RGM, deliver to customer for conclusion acquisition and follow up.(30%)

2. Prepare Sales Contract, Re-installation Contract, Maintenance Contract, calculation sheet, monitor MC operating result. Timely and correctly maintain MC database in SAP.(30%)

3. SAP OrderProcessing, includingbilling, revenue recognition and cost boolingfor all responsible Sales Orders, Service Orders, Maintenance Contracts. (20%)

4. Monthly unbilled cost and ARcontrol and follow up.(10%)

5. Closely follow up month end / quarter enClosely follow up month end / quarter end / year end schedule and activities.d / year end schedule and activities.(10%)

What do I need to qualify for this job

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. 2-5 years experiences in relevant fields

3. Office skills and office softward skills (especially Excel)

4. Good organization and communication skills internally and externally

5. Knowledge of finance and accounting

6. Self- driven, can work independently and under stressful conditions someties.

7. Good team player

8. SAP know how (Adv)

9. Analytics and learning ability
